The Haggada is not really a pop-up book. It is more in the lines of a pull the tab book. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful item. The Haggada is there and the illustrations are engaging. My entire family was charmed. The adults were intrigued and the children delighted. The book is sturdy and of high quality. The paper is thick but flexible and nicely shiny; the slip cover is unusually sturdy. The item arrived shrink wrapped and beautifully packaged.
Originally bought the Koren Bird's Head Haggada as a gift, but wanted to own it after looking through it - and bought another copy: worth owning. Spent a delightful afternoon sharing the book with a relative and we were both impressed with the commentary included, an extra bonus I had not anticipated. The pop-ups capture the attention of both adults and children. Passover is an important time for our family and this newly cherished Haggada will now be part of our continuing tradition.

Overall, the book was lovely and unique. The pop-ups, however, were not as elaborate as I had hoped, and fewer than I had expected, and for the most part, disappointing. I gifted this book and have not yet heard how much they did or did not like it. Since these people are prompt to respond, I am wondering if they also, were disappointed and trying to find a polite way to tell me.
My grandchildren love me to read this to them. It is a welcomed addition to the children's table at Seder.

I bought this for my brother and his family. They had never seen anything like it. it is now proudly displayed in their home.
What a creative and great way to tell the old, old story. Since we are to have 'no graven image' using cartoon birds is a way out of that story telling conundrum.
